All learners are not the same. Some learners do well in the
world of standardized tests and some do not. Most often, these
differences are the results of a bad fit between learning
style and teaching style.
A personalized plan of formal AND informal
assessment will be determined for each learner that will include
many alternate styles to assess both progress and achievement.
Pre and Post assessment data will also be used to plan all
learning activities throughout the curriculum for each course.
In addition to the common forms of assessment, the learner
will also experience Performance Portfolio, Rubric, Audio,
Visual, Project and Technology based research activities that
are part of the “Best Practices” collections.

Every learner
at ABC is working in a personalized environment, scaled to
meet individual needs, styles and process of the individuals
cognitive, physical and emotional needs.
Progress in subject proficiency is guaranteed
for all accepted learners, but the time and style of obtaining
that progress will vary as per the needs and abilities of
each learner's profile.
ABC does retain the right to request and/or
provide assessments that are believed to provide assistance
in planning curriculum and delivery models for the specific
student.
